TRY ICARUS

ICARUS 1.0

Q: Is Voice on Plus or Pro?

No. Icarus Voice — Talk, phone, Live Assist, and the voice appliance — is Enterprise only. Lower plans keep text chat.

Q: Does it work on a phone number?

Yes. Enterprise Voice answers numbers you configure. Browser Talk and the phone share the same agent and the same knowledge.

Q: Will it make up answers if the docs are thin?

It is contracted not to. Weak retrieval refuses before the model speaks. Thin-but-on-topic context can still refuse if the answer is not in the pages. You can tune how strict that is.

Q: Can callers interrupt?

Yes. Talking over Icarus cancels the reply and starts a new turn. On Talk, Stop from the keyboard works too.

Q: What languages?

English, Hindi, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Arabic, German, and Polish are in the product language set. It answers in the caller’s language while looking up English documents. English is the strongest recognition path; we size the mix with you.

Q: How do we buy it?

Use case scenarios

See ICARUS in real operations

Three common enterprise patterns — each enforces governance before spend, not after.

Level-1 teams drown in duplicate tickets while critical incidents wait in queue — manual correlation across CMDB, changes, and runbooks burns hours.

ClassificationPrioritizationRouting

ICARUS approach

ICARUS ingests the incident, enriches with CMDB context, classifies with a task-local model, matches runbooks, and pauses at L2 approval before any remediation action.

Expected outcome

Faster mean-time-to-triage with every step hash-chained for post-incident review.

Intelligent routing

Right model. Every time.

ICARUS routes each skill to the cheapest model that meets capability, residency, and budget — invisible to builders, enforced at runtime.

Outcome

A question that grounds nothing in the approved knowledge is declined — no generation-model call, no model spend.

Model routing is control-plane managed — builders define skills, not provider models.

Residency pins, approval gates, and budget caps apply before every model call — not only in the deep-dive. See governance & model controls

Enterprise · Voice

Talk to Icarus. It answers from your knowledge — and it will not guess.

Icarus Voice is the Enterprise channel for teams that take real calls. A caller speaks in their language. Icarus retrieves from that tenant’s knowledge base, answers out loud, and keeps the conversation grounded. Lookups happen immediately. Anything that changes a record waits for a spoken yes. Money and high-risk requests leave Voice and land with a human who already has the summary. The words stay where you put them.

Talk, don’t type
No push-to-talk. Icarus hears the end of the sentence and starts speaking the first one back. Interrupt it any time. Same agent on a phone number.
Grounded, not guessed
Answers come from your knowledge base, not a shared internet brain. If the docs don’t cover it, Icarus says so. It will not invent a procedure to fill the silence.
Your language
Callers can speak English, Hindi, Arabic, Spanish, French, and more. Retrieval stays on your English corpus. The reply — and the “I don’t have that” — is in their language.
A person when it matters
Lookups run on the call. Writes wait for a spoken yes. Refunds and high-risk requests leave Voice with a summary the human can actually use.

How a call works

They speak.
No “press 1 for billing.” Pause when done. Interrupt if it is going the wrong way.
You are cited.
Icarus answers from this tenant’s knowledge, or refuses. Load may slow it down. It should not make it wrong.
A human gets a brief, not a mystery.
Confirmed writes are logged. Policy exceptions transfer after the summary lands.

A customer calls about an order or a policy. Icarus answers from the current help center and order tools. It creates a ticket only after reading it back. A refund over the voice cap never executes on the phone — the desk gets the summary and the amount.

Confirm-before-ticket
Refund → human

Citations
Every claim can name its source.
Confirm before write
Changing a record waits for confirmation.
In-tenant words
Transcripts stay in your storage. Outcomes carry a pointer, not the conversation.
Air-gap option
Managed, strict, or air-gapped. The line keeps answering if the control plane does not.
