Parts of the Website (for example, resources, webinars, demos, or trials) may require you to register. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account. We may decline, suspend, or revoke registrations to protect the Website or other users.

The Website and its content — including text, graphics, logos, software, and design — are owned by Atlasiops or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. “Atlasiops”, “Nuroen”, and associated logos are trademarks of Atlasiops. Nothing on the Website grants any licence to use any trademark without our prior written consent. Other marks appearing on the Website belong to their respective owners.

If you submit ideas, suggestions, feedback, or other materials through the Website (other than personal data governed by our Privacy Policy, or content submitted to the Nuroen platform under its own terms), you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use them without restriction or obligation, and they will not be treated as confidential.

The Website may link to third-party websites and resources. We do not control and are not responsible for them, and a link does not imply endorsement. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Website infringes your copyright, write to us at privacy@nuroen.ai with: identification of the work and the allegedly infringing material (including its URL), your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised, and a statement, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the information provided is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include removal of the material.

The Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: (a) we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, arising out of or relating to the Website or its content; and (b) our total liability for all claims relating to the Website is limited to INR 9,000 (approximately USD 100). These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, and they do not affect any rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence. If you are dissatisfied with the Website, your exclusive remedy is to stop using it.

If you use the Website on behalf of a business or for commercial purposes, you will indemnify Atlasiops and its officers, directors, and employees against third-party claims, and related reasonable costs, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website. This Section does not apply to individuals using the Website as consumers.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above shows the current version, and material changes will be posted on the Website. Your continued use of the Website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Sections 4, 5, and 8 through 12 survive any termination of access.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ahmedabad, India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with them, except that if you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws, or the jurisdiction of the courts, of your country of residence. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect; our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the policies they reference, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Website.
